I went in last night cause I was having flu like symptoms!� When I came in my heart rate was a lil up, the nurses and doctor came right in took care of me got me fluids made sure I was comfortable! Kept me in the loop of everything that was going on! I really appreciate Primecare front desk (DJ) for just being so sweet, even though I was looking miserable, and taking care of my mother while I was in the back being nurse back to health! So a typical ER VISIT is like 5 hours right ? WRONG !! This facility was very welcoming. I had major back pain and I was able to be seen and left in about 3-4 hours. Very fast service, the nurses and all the employees were very kind and they even called the next morning to see if I was ok !! On top of that I received a Thank you card signed by each employee!!! I was very impressed with my visit.
I couldn't have been more impressed with my experience here. I was in and out very quickly, and nurse Adrienne was very attentive and kind. I was never left wondering where she was or needing anything. PA Quinn was knowledgeable and listened well, asked me for input on treatment options and kept me well informed the whole time about what he was choosing to do. I went to the emergency room feeling so much pain, away from home with a feisty little one and a scared husband was the adventure of a weekend. I am glad we were able to find this facility. Thank you to Dr. Le, Angelique and Adrienne (I am sorry, I could not remember the names of the others that were kind to us). Your care for me and my family will be forever appreciated. I highly recommend this service, whenever you are in Arlington!
Dr. Le and Nicole and Shawn are simply amazing! Best service I have received. I would highly recommend them and would definitely go back here again.
Experienced great care from the receptionist to the nurses and physicians they listen and made me feel as though they cared about my needs. I would highly recommend this facility.
