Fantastic fresh food every day. The bigger the plan you buy, the cheaper it becomes per meal.
Saves me a ton of time (& money) during the week! The chicken & rice meals are my go to - 48 grams of protein and cleaner ingredients (you need to read the nutrition facts carefully as some dishes contain ingredients like corn syrup). PRO TIP: Cook on the stovetop - tastes sooo much better! Add frozen veggies to the pan before the chicken & rice and mix in a serving of cottage cheese at the end for extra protein and flavor
