Billy from Prime is an absolute hero. Excellent customer service and a real professional. Was able to recommend a shop preferred by my insurance at the same time and call them in advance to make sure they could take my car. Insurance then worked directly with the shop. It was all so painless and all thanks to Billy!
I recently parked my vehicle at a Shell gas station at Finch and Brimley. I just needed the store so no gas. While I was inside the store the alarm on my vehicle when off, I assumed it was my gf in my vehicle doing something. I shut of the alarm went back into the store and the alarm went off again.
