Me and my family have been living on this property for a few months now and since the beginning Brett has made it feel like an actual home. He's been honest, polite and super friendly to the kids. I've been on a few properties and I can honestly say he's our favorite. Not only is he honest, he's professional and does not make a problem worse but fixes the problem in a super kind way. Spent 10 days going back and forth with Brent Clark trying to get an application processed. When it was finally processed I was asked to pay an extra $500 deposit because my husband doesn't have a credit score (he is here on a student visa with a valid passport). I said no and then he went back to ask management if they would make an exception. He then told me to check my email for the lease.
