Spent 10 days going back and forth with Brent Clark trying to get an application processed. When it was finally processed I was asked to pay an extra $500 deposit because my husband doesn't have a credit score (he is here on a student visa with a valid passport). I said no and then he went back to ask management if they would make an exception. He then told me to check my email for the lease.
