I contacted them in reference to a DTE program for a furnace tune up and combustion analysis as they were listed as one of the participating contractors. I was informed that my home in DETROIT was outside of their service area. Their website states that they provide service in communities considerably farther out than where I reside!! Unfortunately I can't give them 0 stars.
I had a great experience with Prime Time Heating and Cooling, especially thanks to Josh, the technician who came out to fix our air conditioner. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. Had Prime Time Heating and Cooling come out to my Mother's house as the a/c unit was not turning on. Joshua determined it was a blown fuse and replaced it in no time and everything is working great again. I have used them for quite a bit of my own jobs and have always been highly satisfied with Kevin and his whole team. If you are in their service area, I would highly recommend giving them a chance, you will not be disappointed!
I had Prime Time Heating & Cooling out to install a new furnace in November, and they did such a stellar job that I didn't hesitate to contact them when I needed some additional vent work in my basement. Happy to report they came out today and continue to impress with their professionalism, speed, and price. I cannot say enough good things.
