Had Prime Time Heating and Cooling come out to my Mother's house as the a/c unit was not turning on. Joshua determined it was a blown fuse and replaced it in no time and everything is working great again. I have used them for quite a bit of my own jobs and have always been highly satisfied with Kevin and his whole team. If you are in their service area, I would highly recommend giving them a chance, you will not be disappointed!
I had Prime Time Heating & Cooling out to install a new furnace in November, and they did such a stellar job that I didn't hesitate to contact them when I needed some additional vent work in my basement. Jorge was a great technician and got the job done promptly. He was courteous during the call and provided amazing customer service. Definitely recommend.
Kevin and his crew are top notch. Made a late evening call after having gas company and fire department out for a CO2 leak and he was out the next day. Took care of our problem right away with total professionalism. Went above and beyond to make sure we had heat asap. Prime Time for the win over all others!
