Thank you Guys!!.....I am very happy that I chose this place. Being here was a blessing, especially during my bitter divorce. I used them for about a year, while the divorce was being finalized. Very compassionate people, got me the right size I needed, pretty good price and good people working there. I just moved into my new Apt, and have a few things left in storage, but they found me a smaller unit pretty close to the other one. Again, thank you guys for the help.

Great place to store my stuff. We just moved in and smooth as silk, as it was only 10 minutes to do the paper work and I was in. The people there were great and sold me what I needed and not what I didn't need, very refreshing to me. Thank you Waverly Self Storage, you guys rock. Mike from Patchogue

I called another storage place to get prices, and they kept badgering me to reserve a unit, All I Wanted Was Prices!!!. After about 10 minutes of this lady doing everything to get me to reserve a unit, I hung up. Afterwards, I called Waverly Storage and they gave me prices and found me the right unit for my needs ( the other place just wanted to sell me what they wanted to sell me ). I moved into Waverly Storage and have been there for 5 years now. Do yourself a favor and avoid the big storage places and come here.

I moved my stuff in there before Hurricane Sandy. I live on the south shore of Long Island and my house was flooded. The location of this place made it easier for me to determine of who I was going to put my stuff with. There is a storage place by me, and I must say, Thank GOD that I didn't use them, they were completely flooded. The staff here was great and got me a perfect size for my house's contents. I would have to say, great staff at this storage place. My experience was surprisingly pleasant. I have stored at other places in the past, but after getting the " Press 1 " for this, " Press 2 " for that, I had enough. Here you call during their hours of operation, and you get a person, not a automated automaton. I think they are family owned, I always saw the same people in there. Just moved in yesterday. What nice people, a lot better than the robots at the national chains. The national chains are " press 1, press 2, press 3 ". By the time I get to the 4th one, I hang up. I called here and reserved a storage room, and within 24 hrs, I moved in. WOW, I actually got a human on the prone here. I think the national chains need to follow suit and learn from the local storage guys, as they have customer service skills.

I was always happy here, they have always helped me out, and I am a 3 year customer here. When I had tough times, they alway worked with me. From what I understand, they could of sold my storage spot at an auction, but they didnt, and gave me a chance to pay it off. I really have to say, good people, and I reccomend this place to all.
