I wish I could give this place, PRIME STORAGE (Farmingdale, NY location) zero stars! All they care about is taking your money. The elevator was always broken so I decided to move out. But they never canceled my account and they continued to charge my bank account after I was moved out. I didn’t notice for several months. Prime Storage in Holtsville, NY is a rip-off and Casey Sneider, Property Manager and his Associates are known for their deceitful business practices of stealing customers properties and monies. Where Sneider would illegally hold customers properties hostage by denying them access and over charging them with increased rent and other fees.
