I noticed yesterday when I went to pay my bill online that my month's balance for my storage unit at this location went up. I started renting in August 2020. During a phone conversation today with the manager to discuss the increase in my bill, I was told that there was a rate increase. My 10'X10' went from $117 ($106 for the unit and $11 for insurance) to $128 per month. Friendly staff and easy process.
On a whim, I decided to stop in and ask about the rate of a smaller size unit to store some items that I needed but were taking up too much space in my home. After viewing the unit and prices with Michelle she was able to give me a larger unit for just a few dollars more. I am so glad to have more space to store items that I don't need all the time in my home but are available close by when I do need them.
