I recently rented a space at cube smarts Broadview hts oh location. We had the pleasure of having Marisa help us. She was not only knowledgeable but had a very pleasant personality. She was very friendly and willing to help us. I think many in the customer service field could learn something from her. Storing RV outdoors. Outside storage area could be tidied up a bit, and parking spots can be better marked. No real markings of provided areas, up to the users. Not a bad deal tho.

Fantastic service! Wasn't in a hurry to get my tires fixed, but they had them ready the next morning. And the price was fantastic! Very friendly and helpful 👌. Will definitely be going back again.
