Our experience with the Broadview Heights CubeSmart was excellent. We called Customer Service originally customer Service confused us then we called the location and we spoke to a young lady and she clarified things and then upon going in after reserving a storage unit we went in and met with Tim and Tim was super amazing, informative and very professional and fun to be around so that’s far we’ve had the best experience we’ve had.
Very rude manger he hanged up on me.
Liz was very helpful and informative answering all of my husband’s questions about RV storage. She took time to show him the available spaces and she was able to determine the best space for our RV. My husband and I returned a few days later and decided the space was adequate. Liz was a pleasure to work with as we appreciated her friendliness and professionalism.

Signed a contract here less than two years ago. They doubled the price last month, so we are moving to another location.
