Very friendly, helpful, and patient with my ignorance with being my first storage need of this type. Upbeat and personable.
Double charged for first month's rent. Refund was supposed to be given. Even have a receipt for that, however never received the refund. When calling the office, I just get told they'll have to call me back. My personal gate code never was programmed either. They gave me a master code to use. Wonder how many people know this code and can enter the premise with no business of being there? Same yourself the headache and money and go elsewhere to rent.
This place charged me for a storage unit that I could not access all because they are closed on a Sunday. Why are u renting storage units on the day that you are closed? No help what so ever but it’s okay I will be getting my full refund! You can not take money that doesn’t belong to you! Nice try. But try again. I’m nobodies fool.
Very helpful staff and easy to access the units.
