Impersonating a Military Veteran -- as you've done with U.S. soldier Pfc. Janelle Zalkovsky's photo -- is particularly distasteful.

As you probably noticed, the restaurant was extremely busy last night. We happened to be under-staffed and we fell a bit behind at times. This isn't an excuse, but simply the reality of the situation. We fully understand your frustration and hope that you will give us another try down the road.
Another amazing night at prime with great friends!! You never disappoint. I’ve eaten at every “fine” steakhouse in central New York and nothing compares to the service, the atmosphere and that porterhouse. It’s just simply the best. Thanks for another awesome dining experience!
