I've been a resident at prime square apartments for almost 2 years. I would like to start by saying the manager of the complex has always been courteous, considerate and caring. I have no concern about the manager. Most all of my neighbors in our complex community are nice and pleasant. But I have major issues regarding maintenance and investment in the complex. Very hard to reach manager to talk too.
Very hard to reach manager to talk too.
You can not get anything fixed!!! Everything is 14 years old and worn out. Old carpet old paint. Court yard does not look like picture at all!! Garage is very dirty and junk in it. This is a run down apartment building.
