Nice clean place, an employee came to me while I was waiting to call in and gave me a door right away and started to unload as soon as I backed in. Very friendly gentleman.
THEY NEED TO PLACE THE CORRECT PHONE NUMBER IN THE DOOR, ALSO A PORTABLE REST ROOM OUTSIDE BE NICE.

PrimeSource is unorganized. Their doors are locked, but they don’t answer the phone. They were completely unavailable at the appointment time. It took me FORTY MINUTES to get someone on the phone and get docked and there were no other trucks here. Another non-trucking retail customer who arrived after me said this is what they routinely do. The other company in the warehouse has made a sign because of all of the people coming to PrimeSource who can’t find anyone. They had almost ten cars outside of their side of the building... read more
