This visit was much smoother compared to last year's repairs, as they quickly identified a faulty heat exchanger and completed the replacement within two hours. While previous visits took longer due to troubleshooting multiple components, this time their efficient diagnosis and prompt action were notable.
The old unit was struggling to keep our house cool, so we decided it was time for a new AC installation. The technician installed the new unit efficiently in about three hours and explained how to maintain it properly, which I appreciated.
The HVAC team provided a very professional experience. The technician was punctual, courteous, and focused on doing the job correctly.
After coordinating with the building management, the technician efficiently repaired our ventilated ceiling, taking just under an hour to adjust and secure the ductwork properly. It was evident he knew what he was doing, as the airflow has noticeably improved since his visit.
After inspecting the unit for about an hour, the technician identified a faulty capacitor and replaced it on-site, which resolved our cooling issue. This was more efficient and straightforward than previous repair visits we've had.
