2 appointments and no show or call. I had to call to see what was up and after being told I would get a call back and still had to call to see what was going on. I would give a 0 star if I could. 1st appointment I lost 3 hours of pay to boot, very disappointing.

Mark was on time, courteous and efficient! I have worked with vent busters before and they do not disappoint, work is done on time and pictures are provided for 100% satisfaction. Great company, amazing work! We hired them to do a whole roof replacement and extension of previous roof line. Richard were super timely with communications, fairly priced, and very accommodating both in terms of when we needed to get the project scheduled and in working to get it done.
