Great experience with Prime Roofing. After a crazy 2022 monsoon season, they redid our roof and we have had no issues since. Great communication and they are great about doing check up’s and minor touchups. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.
I recently had a patch job done on my roof by this company a few weeks ago. When they cleaned my roof they sprayed all the animal excrement and accumulated filth into my yard and gazebo roof, no attempt to contact me or clean their mess. I have had this company's work crew on my roof doing a full replacement on my building, on the first day of work the caved in the ceiling to my restroom. Great work for a fair price and they went the extra mile removing an old satellite dish for us. Stacy and Stephanie in the office were always available
I called Prime Roofing to help me reattach some vent flashing that fell off in a recent wind storm. after other companies were going to charge to me $495 to screw the piece back on they came out in 2 days and reattached it for me at no charge! It was unbelievably nice and unexpected. I will always recommend them and consider them in the future for my roof repairs and needs, Thank you again for awesome service!!
