I called Prime Roofing to help me reattach some vent flashing that fell off in a recent wind storm. after other companies were going to charge to me $495 to screw the piece back on they came out in 2 days and reattached it for me at no charge! It was unbelievably nice and unexpected. I will always recommend them and consider them in the future for my roof repairs and needs, Thank you again for awesome service!!

They fixed the roof on a house i rent a year or two ago. During that estimate, they had originally set a date, but i changed it to another as it wasn't convenient. They showed up anyway. My wife thought someone was breaking in. The roof started leaking again. Somebody came and looked at it on the day we set, but AGAIN, they showed up on a random day with no notice while I wasn't even home to do the repair. Wasn't until a week later I even knew of it. Did an excellent job on our roof and skylight! Removed the old dish and cleaned up each day after they were done. Polite, friendly and available to answer any questions we had. Would recommend them.
Stacy, Brian, and Tino (job supervisor) are top notch. Their workers on the actual job are horrid. They need constant supervision and lack pride in their work. Had a bunch of hiccups during our re-roof job (mainly caused by lazy workers) and Stacy not only answered every concern, but did so promptly and with a professional "get it fixed" attitude.
