I called Greg at Prime Roofing during one of our heavy rain storms a few weeks, as I had a leak in my roof over the kitchen. He came by within one day and went into the attic and onto the roof. He was able to isolate the leak area. While examining our roof, he noticed significant deterioration in the shingles and also incorrectly installed skylight and vents. We selected Prime Roofing because they were a locally owned small business. Despite not being low bid, they were so close it was not really a consideration and the price was reasonable especially when including the extra value of having the business owner on site. They did a complete tear off of our old cedar shake roof and installed most of the new sheathing on day one and had new roofing generally complete except for minor trim & flashing by day two.
