I called Greg at Prime Roofing during one of our heavy rain storms a few weeks, as I had a leak in my roof over the kitchen. He came by within one day and went into the attic and onto the roof. He was able to isolate the leak area. While examining our roof, he noticed significant deterioration in the shingles and also incorrectly installed skylight and vents. We selected Prime Roofing because they were a locally owned small business. Despite not being low bid, they were so close it was not really a consideration and the price was reasonable especially when including the extra value of having the business owner on site. They did a complete tear off of our old cedar shake roof and installed most of the new sheathing on day one and had new roofing generally complete except for minor trim & flashing by day two. We had multiple bids for our roof replacement and ultimately chose Greg and his crew. I really liked that he had one long term crew working for him and felt we were most likely to get a quality job rather than using a large company with workers that hop from company to company. Great communication and personable service. They went above and beyond and even painted some areas where wood had to be replaced out of the reach of our ladder. Roof looks great!
Eric and his team did a wonderful job replacing our roof. They were great communicators, kept us informed every step of the way, stayed on schedule, and cleaned up thoroughly every day. Our roof had been poorly vented and Eric came up with a plan to improve air flow in our house. The roof looks great and the air flow seems much improved. I would definitely use them again.
