If I could give zero stars, I would. We had a great experience with Melissa in the past, but unfortunately, since Sophie Pearson took over as our property manager, the service has drastically declined. Sophie has been extremely unprofessional, irresponsible, and dismissive — treating us as if we were uneducated and unaware of our rights. Been great to deal with, Melissa and the team made purchasing from interstate really easy and took care of everything.
I have never dealt with a more unresponsive real estate agency. Maintenance issues take months — yes over 3 months — to be resolved. Repeated emails and phone calls are either ignored or met with the same "We’ll follow up." Spoiler: they don’t. It’s appalling how Sophie happens have no update even when you call her 2 weeks later for a follow up. Melissa was outright rude the one time we spoke to her and the rest of the team seems clueless.
