I contracted Melissa because of all the glowing reviews she had online, which proved to be true. She came in at a time when my previous agent had created a mess with onboarding a tenant who was behind with rent from the get go. The previous agent hadn't taken necessary action and had been out of reach for weeks. Melissa took over, held her own through a cumbersome VCAT process, cleared up the mess and found new tenants within a reasonable time. I'm thankful to her for her efforts and professionalism.
