To start, I am not 100% innocent, but at some point you take things into your own hands. I lived in prime rentals happily for over a year with no problems, but still have to give one star due to how I was treated. We had new neighbors move in above us about half way through our 2nd lease agreement and immediately knew they were going to be a very loud family. My vehicle window was broken by the lawn crew . The manager told me that's what insurance is for. They acted like I was lying about how it was broken but I had a witness that saw it happen. Cost $250 to repair.
Honestly the best and honest property management place my family and I has ever had. Moving in and moving out process was smooth and would definitely recommend them for sure.
Just had the owner of prime rentals come to my appt at 5:45 Thanksgiving Eve for a service call. Excellent services. Friendly and fast!
