I pity anyone who signs with Prime Properties. They are lying, soulless slum lords. No fucks are given by these people. Prime absolutely doesn't know what they are doing. I rent from them, but I've seen this once nice place turn into a slum really quickly. DO NOT sign with Prime. They will let your property fall into ruin.
