I think it's awful that people can be so cruel. I believe when people don't get or hear what they want, it gives them a license to put people down, be cruel & make degrading remarks about another human being. If I could give this business a minus star I would! Tiffany the office manager has obviously not had any customer service training of any kind. She should not be running this business or any business that deals with the public and she broke the law when she discriminated against me. Please do not waste your money or time dealing with this company.
This company is really unprofessional. They tell you one thing and then they just give you the run around. They pretty much put you on hold til they feel like processing your application. They have tons of applications I'm sure and only have one person processing them, wich slows down everything. I've been waiting two weeks for them to process my application and I still haven't heard nothing. They sure are quick to take that processing fee but give you bad service in return.
