Dr. Hartley is awesome me and my boys love her!!
This place is too terrible. . You take the children back then send the children back out to wait because you have "no rooms" available. Or is it that you have no staff?. . .Then your sick and well children are in the same room weighing and checking temps. . Come on people. I get there at 2:15 for a 2:20 appointment and at 3:05 I ask how much longer. . Your receptionist says she dont know. . Well shes in the wrong field. . Find out. . I pretty much have diagnosed my child each time he has been sick and had to beg for meds at ... read more
All 3 of my girls primary care physician is Dr. Hartley. Love her! :) And Dr. Raffai.... But I will take them to a walk in before seeing Dr. Horn :-/
Dr. Raifi is the best doctor in the whole facility, 1 of my 3 sons was very sick back in May and he took it upon himself to call me personally and check on my son...
I absolutely love the staff at PPPC, my children constantly ask for Dr. Hartley if we get near Cleveland Hwy. I would never want my children to be treated by anyone other than the staff at Prime.
This place sucks.
