Awful awful service. They try to monetize you not treat you. Booked with patients out the wazoo for max revenue.
I was referred to Prime Orthopedic after a serious car accident. I saw a doctor and he explained I would be scheduled for a procedure within the next week or two, pending attorney approval. It was granted within days of this appointment. Two weeks later, I got a call from the front office stating that the doctor quit (or no longer worked there) and I would need to see a new doctor within the practice before my procedure would be scheduled. I went for a steroid injection for my knee. They gave me no instructions. They told me to walk around but I looked online it says use ice on line for fifteen minutes a day and avoid strenuous activities for 24 to 48 hours. Also take pain medication. Start looking for me another primary physician. Also said take light walks.
I had a motor vehicle accident and injured my shoulder. I was referred to Prime Orthopedic due to MRI results. My first visit with the nurse practitioner. Then I was told I would see the surgeon on my second visit. I saw the same nurse practitioner a month later. She repeated the same information like the first visit, charging up medical bill. If I could give them zero stars, I would. The care was horrible. I had to go through the marketing manager to get necessary paperwork and information for appointments because the office continuously had miscommunications. After my surgery, I was instructed to wear a back brace while the mobile and out the house so I wore it as doctors ordered. They never told me to take it off, unless I was sitting up at home.
