My mother went here on the sole purpose of collecting some medical records that she is allowed to be given but, Christine Enderli repeatedly refused to give those records. After giving my mother a hard time she finally gave her SOME records, not all. My mother politely explained that these were not all the records and requested for the rest which Christine Enderli refused to give.
