This place is horrible, been here for 5 hours for a simple UA, and still haven’t been called, signal is bad inside as well, you guys need a major upgrade in your system and work ethic, this is ridiculous.
Slowest clinic ever. Bee here since 9 am and it’s currently 12:10. Took a nap and woke up and still haven’t got called for my UA… this is unbelievable. I bet I have time for another nap and still don’t get called. At least I’ll be well rested when I leave here
They take forever here customer service is very slow and some can be rude
My mother went here on the sole purpose of collecting some medical records that she is allowed to be given but, Christine Enderli repeatedly refused to give those records. After giving my mother a hard time she finally gave her SOME records, not all. My mother politely explained that these were not all the records and requested for the rest which Christine Enderli refused to give.
