My 5 star review is for Seneca the medical assistant. She had tremendous compassion towards me, her kindness during a difficult day was a gift. She didn’t even ask what was wrong but saw the need for compassion, holding my arm as I walked out the office and giving a hug. Thank you
I have called multiple times to get an appointment and I'm always sent to to voicemail. Can never get ahold of any staff. And when they "call me" to schedule something it's always a robot that tells me to call them. And the loop repeats. No way to run a business much less a dr. Office.
I was referred to this practice by my primary care physician for neurological care, but my experience just trying to schedule my first appointment was so horrible it made me decide to look elsewhere. Despite multiple calls and messages to schedule an appointment, the office staff never responded. Meanwhile, I received numerous automated messages, which felt disorganized and unprofessional. Would give zero stars if I could. My wife tried making an appointment for like a month and finally was able to get one on the books. They changed my wife's appointment to a different date and then she called to cancel. When she tried to cancel, to no surprise to us, they do not pick up the phone repeatedly.
