Would give zero stars if I could. My wife tried making an appointment for like a month and finally was able to get one on the books. They changed my wife's appointment to a different date and then she called to cancel. When she tried to cancel, to no surprise to us, they do not pick up the phone repeatedly. They just pass people around or don't answer straight up. So she leaves a voicemail letting them know she has to cancel the appointment and wants to reschedule. CHECK THEIR YELP REVIEWS FIRST FOR AN ACCURATE PICTURE - Absolutely abysmal. The office supervisor and office staff are beyond negligent. I was referred here by my cardiologist — already a stressful situation — and this office made everything exponentially worse. First, good luck getting through to anyone to schedule a new patient appointment, even with a referral from the cardiologist only two floors above. What a disgrace this clinic is. After a full week of daily calls, voicemails and faxes sent and not a single call returned, someone finally tells me that they don't accept my insurance, even if initially they checked and confirmed that it's accepted and also their providers are listed in the network. They lie, they deceive and have zero respect for suffering people. I simply can't believe how these people operate their health practice and the amount of disrespect they have for patients.

If I could give a zero, I would. It took me a couple weeks for anyone to respond to my multiple requests for an appointment even when my provider had sent over a referral. The office mgr had to call me at 6:30pm because they were having so many issues. I should have taken that as a sign. Later I had to move another appt and took almost 3 days to get a response to move it. It was stressing me out because I only heard from them when I was 2 days away from said appt.
