I have been going to Prime Nails since they opened and have seen all of the techs. I love it there and have never had a bad experience! Would (and do!) recommended to anyone I speak to.
I have been coming here for years. I have been worked on by every nail tech and each one is talented & amazing. If you want a clean, fun place that does quality work every time, then Prime Nails is your place.
After going to Prime Nails on and off for years and spending hundreds of dollars, it saddens me to have to call the Better Business Bureau for the shameless way Kim the owner treated me after a mistake was made by the tech on colors....Kim would not fix the situation without additional money??? I felt I was in a nightmare...I have been in customer service all my life and never ever ever have I experienced such horrific treatment...Do not be fooled by the big hellos when you walk in it is a farce, a sham!!
