I rented a place through this real estate agency and stayed there for about 2 years. Overall, I had a good experience. The neighborhood was great and the place worked well for me during my time there. Communication was always pretty good. Most importantly, I received my full security deposit back without any problems, which really reflects their fairness and professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable real estate agency.

I have recently gone through a really bad experience with Prime Metropolis . Based on my dealings with the leasing agent, I can loudly tell that they are LOOTERS. I would like to share my experience in Seattle wherein I have rented a condo through Prime Metropolis. They took $$$ as deposit amount.While ending the lease the agent told they will give back a reasonable amount as we have maintained the apartment in a good state.
