Enjoyed my visit! Went to pre-employment drug test and checked in with no problem, everyone was nice, and I was in and out in about 30 minutes!
OTR drivers be prepared for long waiting time!!! Also bring your own water otherwise they sell a bottle of water for $1 and they have no option other than that !!!
Fast and thorough DOT testing. Staff is very friendly. Would definitely recommend for your companies testing.
Horrible customer service. I called before I went in to ask about the wait, receptionist answered my question with zero emotion and when I said thank you she hung up. Went in and she was rude and unprofessional. I hope I never get sent there again.
