Horrible customer service. I called before I went in to ask about the wait, receptionist answered my question with zero emotion and when I said thank you she hung up. Went in and she was rude and unprofessional. I hope I never get sent there again.
The ladies in there are awesome took good care of me and had a lot of patience. Selika was just awesome and dezirae and Maria were wonderful as well!
My second time being there and both times I was treated very poorly. The receptionist and nurses are rude. Both times while waiting they are having inappropriate conversations with each other and don’t care if customers are there listening. I hope I never get sent there again.
Rude and disrespectful receptionist! Not professional at all. They refused to let an elderly man use their restroom and laughed at his incontence!!! Count your days!!!!
