I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. I was initially very happy to find Dr. Heidari and believed I had finally found a family doctor. I first emailed the office to ask whether they were accepting new patients. They asked me to complete and send a patient information form, which I did. I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic and Dr. Helen Heydari due to poor communication and what felt like a very irresponsible patient management process. Before booking, I specifically called to ask whether the doctor had capacity to take us as family patients. The receptionist confirmed yes and told us we simply needed to attend an in-person appointment for everything to go through.
