Please be aware this is solely a review on their answering service. Dr. Andrew Gold is amazing and I’ve recommended 4 other friends and family, some that even drive from Sugarland here for him. However you couldn’t get them to pick up the phone if your life depended on it. This isn’t a one time thing, it’s an every call thing. For starters the clinic is so Amazing!! I’ve been so pleased with the quality of care and so thankful for all the staff! Terra Burrnet has helped me get my health back on track and I’m so thankful for her! I just wish she was at the Kingwood location full time!
I recommend everyone I know to Prime Medic! The clinic staff, and Providers are wonderful, caring people. And I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my medical care. Dr. Cherlo is my PCP and everyone in my family is very pleased with his bedside manner and how well he takes care of us. They have 2 locations and they’re able to accommodate you in either of their locations. Overall, I am very pleased with this practice 😊
