my stove was smelling little like gas but not strong, i wasn't sure. i called Prime Leak Detection do the full gas line check, find small connection that was loose behind the stove. they tighten and seal everything. they also check outside connection and the meter area. so grateful i didn't ignore it.

had them do a partial repipe on my place. work itself was good, no complaints about quality. BUT the scheduling was little frustrating... they had to reschedule on me once and that day i took off work for nothing. communication could be better i think. once they came everything was professional and the pipes are working great now. i give 3 star because of the delay but if i judge only the work it would be 5....

we notice smell in the wall behind washing machine for months but thought it was just the laundry smell. finally when i pull the machine out a little i saw the wall was BLACK. mold everywhere. called prime leak, they came same day they remove the damage drywall treat the mold and replace everything. they also run air machine for two days to make sure

after the big rain we had couple months back my ceiling in the bedroom start dripping. , the roof is old but we thought it still had years. These guyes came out and they found two spots that were cracked, i think near the flashing by the chimney.they seal it good and also check the whole rest of the roof while they was up there. Very honest people, didn't try to upsell me whole new roof.

i rent out a unit in my building on Vermont Ave and my tenant text me at night saying water coming from under the kitchen sink... call prime leak and they go next morning. fix the pipe check everything else under there, send me photos of the work done... i didn't even have to be there. tenant was happy, i was happy.
