Scam alert !!!! Signed up for the introductory offer and of course got the old bait and switch. Drove from Collinsville for my first IV therapy for dehydration. Got in the chair and did vitals. Now I need an additional consultation with Dr for more money. Nothing was ever mentioned about this …. But it’s good for a year. Lol. I went here for two appointments. My first appointment was great. I got to sit in the massage chair as part of an introductory package. The technician who set up my IV was very kind and answered all my questions. I got to sit in the chair for about an hour while my drip ran, and she came back to check on me and add more time to the massage chair every 15 minutes or so. I signed up for a six-month membership at Prime IV Hydration at $160/month. When I joined, I asked if I could still make it worthwhile despite my busy schedule. I was told that any unused IV drips would roll over into the following months—great! Or so I thought. Fast forward to the end of my six months: I went to cancel my membership and was told that if I canceled, I would lose all of my unused drips. This was my first infusion. My family is recovering from the horrible flu! Never been so sick. My mother did not recover well, so I decided to take her and myself to Premier IV! Anna was fantastic! She explained the entire process and was very pleasant. I am afraid of needles and especially IV’s and she made me feel so at ease. As far as the IV treatment I feel wonderful and full of energy. Highly recommend!
