I was very dehydrated and feeling weakness.my daughter made my appointment with prime I’ve and I went there in very low energy and after drip I felt so good.i am still feeling good and it is been over week now I decided to give 5 stars to this IV , deserve more than 5.defiantly come back and recommend friends and family.
I had an amazing experience at this IV spa and I honestly can’t say enough good things about it! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and welcoming. The staff greeted me with smiles and made me feel completely at ease. They were super kind, professional, and took the time to answer all my questions without rushing me. Edit - I did not have a consultation with a paramedic. The owner is the one that did my consultation. The owner has no medical experience and should never be touching stuff on a patient, period! Also, nothing was wrong with my IV per the nurse/tech, the owner just wanted it to hurry so I could be rushed out the door. You're response is a very poor demonstration of the business. Scam alert !!!! Signed up for the introductory offer and of course got the old bait and switch. Drove from Collinsville for my first IV therapy for dehydration. Got in the chair and did vitals. Now I need an additional consultation with Dr for more money. Nothing was ever mentioned about this …. But it’s good for a year. Lol.
