I have some health issues that can drain my energy and affect my mood . I found Prime IV Hydration and Wellness last week and went in on Saturday for an IV infusion and I was impressed with how clean and spa like it was and the staff was amazing making me felt heard and welcomed . After my consultation with with my nurse Scott I went into a relaxing room with dim lighting and sat in the best massage chair and the nurse put together the perfect custom IV with the nutrients that my body needed . The nurse(s) and the front desk assistant are second to none . They treat you like it is their own personal business and want to give you the best service possible. They are very knowledgeable and give 5- star service EVERY SINGLE TIME I go in . The office is always clean , relaxing and positive . A modern business with old school work ethics . Always a positive experience.
Came in with some long standing issues and Scotty and Justin were great suggesting the best treatment and even after the first visit, the next day my constant 3/10 pain was gone, I slept better and I had more energy and mental clarity. This place is fantastic. From the moment you walk in, the environment is welcoming and the staff is genuinely kind and caring. Everyone is attentive, knowledgeable, and makes you feel comfortable throughout your visit. Special shoutout to Kacie—her positive attitude is truly contagious and makes the experience even better. Really can’t have a bad day after coming here!
