Wonderful experience with NP Kayla! She is patient, kind and caring. We are lucky to have her. Front office staff was very friendly as well as organized.
I had a great experience with Nurse Practitioner Kayla. She listened to everything I had to say, was incredibly polite, and made me feel truly understood. Her professionalism and compassion really stood out. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for excellent care.
Kayla is very quick to put people on the wrong medications. She doesnt ask thorough questions and is offended when patients or support people ask questions or advocate for patient care and information. I had to go as far as explaining why I felt apprehension with her very impulsive choices with my partners medication which was not only because she had very quickly misprescribed me a PPI which exacerbated my issue, but also because she prescribed my daughter who has a specific medical issue listed on her file, a prescription ... read more
I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The online booking process was seamless, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout my visit. Kayla, the Nurse Practitioner, was exceptional. I’ve had skin tags around my eye area for months, and she took the time to carefully explain why they were occurring and what steps I can take to help prevent them in the future.
