My storage unit and two others on the same row were broken into (locks cut with bolt cutters) and facility management could not have cared less. Would not even allow me to review security footage. Police said it was likely an inside job but nothing they could do about it. Never had any issues under the previous ownership until Prime Storage took over. DO NOT RENT HERE.

New landlord Amanda Culleton stole something from my daughters apartment she was clearing out. It was my 3 year old grandsons piggy bank. My daughter left messages to finish cleaning out the place. No response from the thief landlord.
If I could give zero stars I would they randomly put a collection on my credit report for some reason unknown only to them.....and will not return my phone calls!!!!
