Prime Storage, 3 Neptune Road, Poughkeepsie, NY Jeff Haack Building Manager has been wonderful to work with. As a cleaning contractor I’ve been working with Jeff for over three years. My storage unit and two others on the same row were broken into (locks cut with bolt cutters) and facility management could not have cared less. Would not even allow me to review security footage. Police said it was likely an inside job but nothing they could do about it. Never had any issues under the previous ownership until Prime Storage took over. DO NOT RENT HERE.
If I could give zero stars I would they randomly put a collection on my credit report for some reason unknown only to them.....and will not return my phone calls!!!!
We would like to thank the owners of the little house in Florida we spent 9 wonderful years there ! great staff Brad and Paul treated us with kindness and understanding could not have asked for a better landlord God Bless and Thank you, Toni and Steve (seaview)
