my garage door spring broke on the coldest day of 2019. justin and mike were there the day after it warmed up and had it working and replaced within 1.5 hrs! chris has always answered and replied to my calls/texts very promptly! I'm so happy he started this business in owatonna! Thanks again guys! awesome customer service!!!

A spring and sprocket broke on my garage door on Friday afternoon. I contacted Prime right away and they had somebody out on Monday morning. They had the issue fixed in little time and identified other issues with my door, which I had them fix. Very fair price.
Chris and his guys installed a 14x18 shop door on Mader insulation’s new shop this week. They did a very nice job on a difficult install with limited head room above the door. I was very impressed, they were very professional, and I recommend them to anyone with commercial or residential overhead door needs.
had a new opener installed in January, and loving the quiet and ease of operation. Had a problem with our old door, and they came out and fixed the problem quickly and professionally. Have to give kudos for great customer service. Highly recommend them.
I called and they were over in 30 minutes on a Sunday! He ran to the shop to see if they had any panels laying around to fix it, but no dice. New door installed just 3 days later. Great all around, no issues.
Very friendly, fast, and affordable. Would recommend them to anyone.
