If it's past 6:30, they'll reject it, no exceptions. CBP agent time window of arrival 6pm to 8pm sometimes later. Actual inspection procedure 1 to 3 hrs. In a nutshell, you can be here for up to 5 hours waiting. Contractors, please adjust your pricing accordingly. Time is money
