Prime Floors customer service is second to none! They do great work and stand behind their products. We had an unfortunate experience with Shaw Floorte product not holding up and they began scratching immediately from everyday life events like sliding a laundry basket out of the way, pushing a chair back from the table, etc... Even though Shaw refuses to stand behind their product and provided a series of lame excuses, Prime floors replaced them and we are extremely pleased. We used Prime Floors while rebuilding our home due to Hurricane Harvey. The staff is top notch and made a difficult time much easier. After choosing Floorte by Shaw we were disappointed to see scratching almost immediately after installation. While Shaw denied the flooring claim Prime Floor stood by us and is replacing the floors. We are grateful to Abby for standing behind his product while Shaw does not. I highly recommend Prime Floors and commend them for being a true team of professionals.

Came to Prime Floors on a recommendation from a neighbor. Our buying experience was wonderful, great customer service and an easy process. They even price matched another store. We loved our floors! Not long after they were installed (February), we noticed that the floors began to chip and peel in the cracks/corners of the planks. I waited a few months to see if it continued, which it did, so I began calling the store in July. I left multiple messages, yet no one returned my call. We had hard wood installed on our entire first floor and carpet in the upstairs and stairs. We also had tile put in all the bathrooms, new counter tops and backsplash. I'd give the hardwood five stars. It looks great and I felt the price was fair. The customer service for this was great. Everything turned out really nice. The carpeting also turned out really nice, especially the stairs. Again, they had a good selection and some reasonable prices. We can not be any happier with our floors!! They are beautiful! From the moment my husband and I walked into the store we felt comfortable and knew we were in the right place. Michael took care of us by showing us examples, answering all of our questions, coming out to measure, and was very helpful in making this a smooth process. The guys that came out to do the work were so meticulous, and precise and perfectionists! I will be recommending Prime Floors to anyone wanting superb flooring!!

First off, amazing customer service!! We worked with Gage and he was wonderful, he was super informative and helpful; highly recommend him!! We got tile and wood installed in our house; they were timely and efficient. Both products are awesome quality and they gave us a great deal. We checked other places and you get the most bang for your buck here!
