My house was fumigated by this company, and they broke our net door without offering any replacements. I tried to fix it myself using my own money, but couldn’t, so I contacted them via email to fix it for me since they broke it after all. They initially acted as though they were planning on fixing it for us but never did. Robert did an absolutely fantastic job from beginning to end on my fumigation and attic cleanup. One thing I particularly appreciated was that he always communicated what was happening and always got back to me immediately. He never pressured me nor did they hound me for payments. Robert took the time to do a good job on the attic cleanup and is a generally friendly and amiable person to talk to. I was absolutely recommend him and Prime Exterminators to my friends.
Don was at my property for initial termite inspection. He spent less than 5 minutes at my door without any inspection or explanation with us. Then he told us that quote will be done by the fumigation company. There is no service given by Don, not professional and not acceptable.
Don is experienced and patient in explaining termite knowledge to us at the inspection.
