I was in the market for a new roof when I met Matt and Caden. I’m very analytical about who I hire, so at that point I already had 4 quotes. They were by far the best in price while having the same warranties as other companies as well as a durable shingle. Got the roof installed and no issues. Highly recommend these guys!!
I’m a general contractor and have used prime exteriors for multiple projects. I’ve had them do a few new roofs for my customers as well as some siding and painting. Always been a smooth experience, they charge you for everything upfront, and overall never had to worry about anything. Matt, Caden, and Dustin were great communicators.
They came highly recommended by a friend of ours. Called Caden who came out and inspected and gave us different options. Very polite and understood our situation. He never pressured us to purchase with them. Once we agreed to do our roof, the crew worked fast and were very polite. Definitely highly recommend prime exteriors nw for any roofing needs
They did a good job with the shingles. Most of my plywood was rotted so they had to replace all of that. Each time they had to increase the cost because of rot they sent pictures and explained why it was needed, how many sheets of plywood were needed and told me how much my monthly payment would increase.
