We recently purchased a house with a roof that was installed by Prime Exteriors NW that still had a year left on the warranty. An inspection found several serious defects in the roof that needed to be corrected. The company was called and we were told they would fix the defects. That's the last we heard from them. Despite numerous calls and emails there has been no response. We have filed a complaint with the BBB, but so far the company has not responded. Weeks have gone by and we're still waiting...
Pushy and inappropriate sales tactics. When I do get a new roof it will be from a company that stands on recommendations and not sending me pictures of my house. Gross and creepy.
Sent a creepy letter with a picture of my house claiming they measured the area and pitch "conducted by hand". I assume they just used google maps, but still creepy to send a photo of my house claiming you trespassed. Letter also says "Time for a new roof!" but my roof is less than 10 years old.
Taylor and team were awesome. We had a small roof leak and they were extremely accommodating and got us taken care of the same day. Would highly recommend this courteous and professional team for all your roofing needs.
I really appreciated the excellent repair to my skylight flashing, which fixed a leak. Dustin did a great job! However, I really do not understand a company that will not return phone calls, and ghost's it's customers, when I needed another small leak in a roof vent repaired! I paid them in advance for the skylight, and Dustin was very attentive to explaining the details of the repair, and completing it as weather allowed! I called 3 times on the vent repair, and the first call, they said they would call back within an hour.... read more
