They did a good job with the shingles. Most of my plywood was rotted so they had to replace all of that. Each time they had to increase the cost because of rot they sent pictures and explained why it was needed, how many sheets of plywood were needed and told me how much my monthly payment would increase. We had a terrific experience with Prime Exteriors NW during our recent roof replacement. At all points during the process, we were impressed with the team’s professionalism, communication, thoughtfulness, and the work they did. Edit January 26, 2026: Added picture of crooked skylight reinstall mentioned in previous edit. Edit January 13, 2026: I discovered one of the skylights was not replaced correctly after they rebuilt the skylight curb. It's not seated all the way into the roof so it's crooked. This lets wind and wind noise inside. When I climb up there on a ladder I can actually feel the breeze. Unacceptable. I contacted them on December 15, 2025 regarding this. They replied back that someone would be in touch. Nobody has been in touch a month... read more
