I contacted Prime Electric about an outlet that trips every two hours. What should have been a simple fix turned into a frustrating and costly experience that left the problem unresolved. I was pressured to book an appointment and told I could cancel anytime, only to be hit with a $99 fee that locked me in. I am an out of state landlord and I called Prime Electric to do repair work from a city inspection. Ben responded to me quickly and advised how best to handle the job and to deal with the city permit process. He scheduled a time/date to conduct an inspection for an estimate and got back to me very quickly. Of course, once he started the work, he found more issues and thoroughly explained what needed to be done and how much it would cost. Service was excellent, on time for appointment and price was reasonable. Would use Prime Electric for any future electrical work needed. Very happy with the electrical work .
