$370 is a bit much. I realize the guy was there for awhile and tried to fix our issue but to no avail and it actually caused more dirt to come up the drain in the basement. I was actually told by the other company that came that the drain from the basement should not have been snaked and there actually was no blockage outside the house like you stated in the invoice.
