Wrongful termination of employees, no communication parts just get thrown and poweder coat gets chipped and nothing gets fixed. Managers will bash employees behind their back for disability’s they were born with. They make policies that they don’t even follow and they pick when they actually want to follow it. Very poor management and horrible communication with in the the company. All for show and have little respect for employees! Horrible place to work at and even a worst place to trust their products.
Tina the Director of Operation of this company is absolutely horrible to work for. Extremely micro managed, doesn't care about employees, last I heard they had a 285% turn over rate, very hot conditions to work in, gets reported to OSHA several times a year, violation of state and federal laws, ignores EPA regulations, inside the building is so hot it has set off sprinkles 2 times this summer, lies like no tomorrow, zero training so employees are set up to fail, if you bring up safety issues they ignore many of them, but get... read more
I got the ladder model AAL-BLK, the package are terrible, two boxes with two brackets in each one. Didn’t have Any packing material protecting one bracket from scratch the other one inside the box. Come on people. I paid over $600 for the ladder and you guys can’t spend more money in a better package ?
