Worst Customer Service Ever pls don't go there she sent me a letter that i am harassing her by posting false reviews. she thinks giving reviews about service you got is harassing. i can't really say about her work but the first thing you expect is customer service which is very bad. the receptionist don't know what service they provide so every time you ask something she will go to doctor and take 15 mins to come back for a simple question. and they don't know how to handle patients . I have consistently had good experiences with Prime Dental Care. I love Dr. Majd and the staff. They have been nothing but nice and courteous to me. I had A LOT of questions and was extremely nervous about some treatment that I needed and everyone was very patient with me and explained everything very thoroughly. I HATE going to the dentist and have never been a fan of it, but once I am there, the Prime Dental Care staff calmed me down a bit and made it bearable. not very professional. office has a bad smell. I think her ethnicity is Eastern European. I don't know how she was raised but I can tell she didn't like my ethnicity at all. she also had body odor that was still on my clothes when I went home. my appointment was late afternoon so I can understand getting musty in the evenings. But c'mon now, they have a thousand and 1 products for sale to prevent that.

Most terrible service I have ever received walked out of the office, she is not even registered here in San Diego, charged me for services that were never ever done and then went to see a real dentist and discovered that she botched up on the work that was performed. If you are reading this DO NOT go to her, you are putting your teeth at great risk as well as huge costly repairs HUGE, she even charged me for services that were NEVER performed and when I asked for my money back she now has gone silent. Dr. Michelle Majd is the most caring, skilled dentist I have been blessed to find. She does the most wondrous job with any of my dental needs, from cavities, to bonding, to cleaning, polishing, etc. She's not only very friendly and warm, but is always so thoughtful in that she constantly checks that the patient feels no pain and she never rushes to get the job done, so you have no doubt that she's done a fantastic job. She will be my dentist for life, highly recommended!
