Always great people and products at this butcher shop “plus” store.
From the time I initially called to ask about sushi grade fish options to the time i left the store, I had nothing but a great experience. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the tuna and salmon definitely contributed in large part to the awesome sushi we made yesterday. I will be definitely coming here more often, especially when it is time to make homemade sushi again :)
Great place to grab a quick lunch! Always a friendly face at checkout! Wonderful selection of meat as well as a well stocked deli.
when 2 people come in and order 2 $70 per pound waygu fillets cut to order 2" thick you should probably assume they want the same size steaks this includes diameter because it affects cooking time, the quality of the meat is good but getting 2 same thickness steaks with a 4.5 oz. difference is just poor service 😕
