Welcome to The Prime Cut. We would like to thank you for visiting our website. Established in Bakersfield since 1981, we are locally owned and operated. We are currently a "full service" gourmet meat and specialty food store. We are open 7 days a week to accommodate our customers ever changing schedules. They refused to redeem your own gift cards crappy service if you ask me.
Horrible Food sorry to say but when they were just a small butcher shop and sandwich shop they were way better. Prime cut has attempted at being a steak house and it is horrible. The quality of food and service is the worst and their prices are way too high for the crap they feed you. Go somewhere else where your business is appreciated and the food is good.
pretty good prime cut is very famous in this town. I have gotten some of the most tasty cuts of steaks. They are a very large selection of all sorts of meats. If you aren't satisfied with grocery store meats, then try this place.
Downgraded bbq, upgrade resturant and cajun cuisine – ::: UPDATE So they have moved to new facilities. Large place to eat. Large menu (menu used to be rediculously complicated and unorganized). The bbq is no longer any good for some reason. I was really surprised. They have completely eliminated their good bbq. It may be because of the new larger staff.
