The WORST HOA ever!! Won't replace broken outside lights. Replaced all the grass with ugly rocks and now all dogs pee and poop on the sidewalks and walkways so no more just taking my own dog for walks, it stinks and dog piss everywhere. J have to clean the entire area around my condo from other nasty owners who won't. Landscapers are a joke. Took 3 yrs to get our 3rd pool completed just this month. NO security seen at night while cats are broken into, including my own trailer sway hitch from truck. Gates always broken. More... read more
The review ratings should say enough about this company. They do nothing but lie, give excuses, and do nothing make BS claims. They endangered the life of my child causing physical injury do to their neglect. I informed them of the issue and they refuse to do anything about it. Even after showing proof of the issue persisting. Stay away from this place. Also ensure nothing is done over the phone. Keep everything in email or mail for evidence and documentation sake.
