Hired this company to clean an empty house. 1st cleaner arrived 0955hrs. Arrival window was 0900 - 1000hrs. She was immediately put off by the perceived amount of cleaning. She acted as if she had never seen dirt before. Upon her arrival she immediately declared that she had to be at another job at 1130hrs. 2nd cleaner arrived around 1100hrs. Don’t trust her Tam , this her name, very bad job
I decided to treat myself to a deep house clean before my son’s first birthday party. First, my cleaning staff showed up over 30 minutes late. The cleaning staff was very friendly, and I felt safe with this person inside my home. However, the cleaning was not to my standard. With a deep clean, I expected the baseboards to be wiped or dusted (as advertised)- they were not. Bathroom mirrors were missed. Smudge marks on glass (I do have a one year old) were missed. I had a deep clean of my home. I was highly impressed with the level of detail that was done when cleaning my house. I will definitely be a repeat customer! Also, my house smelled amazing afterwards.
They were right on time and left everything so clean I couldn’t believe it was the same apartment. Very pleasant experience. My fiancé and I work a lot and have little to no time to upkeep the place and they not only cleaned but organized everything for us. Will definitely keep using them to upkeep our place.
