I Jordan started this business knowing that I wasn’t the only person that cared about indoor air quality. With the air ducts clean and the carpet cleaned you can get within about 5% of the outdoor air quality which is a whole lot better than indoor air quality. Recommended5 Stars! Prime did a great job! Brandon showed up on time. He cleaned the air ducts and ac system in our new home and it made a huge difference immediately! I was totally amazed of house much Brandon worked hard to get us taken care of even when the weather conditions weren’t ideal. He cleaned up afterwards and did everything perfect and as we had discussed with Jordan. This is a must do for anyone! Thank Prime For a job well done!
Jordan and his team do excellent work! Just had my carpet and area rugs cleaned today, and they look great! Best part is that they showed up exactly on time, and I didn’t have to wait around all day for a service to show up. Prompt, friendly, and excellent cleaning. What more could you ask for?
Jordan and his team came out and cleaned our air ducts and bedroom carpet. We have all been suffering from terrible allergies and sinus infections. Our son came home and said “the air smells clean”.

The staff is friendly, answered all my questions and kept me up to date with where they were and when they were done. They got some stains out of our carpet didn't think would come out. I would recommend them to anyone.

I requested an online quote w/ Prime on Monday of this week. Jordan called me directly within the hour and explained the process, in great detail. Jordan came by the very next day to access the duct cleaning job and to advise on another issue. He was efficient, polite, knowledgeable and the pricing was beyond fair. Very great customer service! My house flooded & the owner & his crewman came out on Easter Sunday within minutes of our call. Was worried about going out due to Coronavirus but didn't have to worry about much because Jordan made all calls for me. Including to the manager of City of Tyler Water since issue was caused by sewage backup. He even referred me to Floors & Finishes for my floor replacement.
